Having worked “with the big guys in pizza” since he was 14, Kevin Heaton opened his Stone Canyon Pizza restaurant in 1995 on historic Main Street in downtown Parkville, Missouri. His passion for quality included the neon sign designed for its exterior. Unfortunately, it was hung too low and damaged by a passing truck. Once a new sign was made, the broken and dented neon was donated to LUMI in 2019.
