| Plans for the recreation-based 3D Development took another step forward with City Planners’ recommendation. Pennway Point Entertainment District will be a mix-use “family-friendly” development including a climate controlled 170-foot tall Ferris wheel, and indoor and outdoor location for THE LUMI NEON MUSEUM, outdoor miniature golf, a dog part, sand volleyball, restaurants and bars. Next steps for Pennway Point will be the submission of the full proposal to City Council. There are some concerns from those living in the neighborhood regarding parking and traffic.
